NetCat Integration

Step 1.

Note that the correct operation of the plug-in can only be guaranteed with absolute URL.

To get started, download the module from this link

Step 2.

In the “Tools” menu, select “Set module”

Step 3.

Locate the module on your PC and install it.

Step 4.

Proceed to the “Settings” menu and select the installed module.

Step 5. Caching small static files

1. Section “for the CDN files” is intended to cache files, the volume of each of which does not exceed 1

MB.

Usually these are files with the following extensions:

  • jpg
  • png
  • css
  • js
  • gif

2. Enter the domain name to CDNvideo network (taken from the letter received from your account

manager) and set the caching time (set in seconds, 2 weeks displayed by default).

3. Click on the “Save” button.

4. Congratulations! You are connected to the CDN.

5. You can always clear the cache for a given section. Note that the cache is cleared only for selected

domain / domain.

Step 6 (optional). Caching heavy static files.

1. To complete this section need a separate domain for CDNvideo network. Contact your manager or

technical support, to address this issue.

2. Section “the CDN for video and audio” is designed to cache files, the amount of which exceeds 1 MB.

As a rule, these are files with the following extensions:

  • mp3
  • mp4
  • ogg
  • flv

3. Turn section.

4. Enter the domain name to CDNvideo network.

5. Click the “Save” button.

6. You can clear the cache for a given section anytime. Note that the cache can be cleared only for

selected domain.

Step 7 (for advanced users).

Browsers limit the number of concurrent downloads from a single domain. To work around this

limitation, you can set up multiple CNAME and thus ensure a faster loading of your website.

To activate this option you need:

  • Contact your manager or our technical support and customized to your account multiple CNAME.
  • Specify in the application all the selected domains, separated by commas, as shown in the figure.
  • Do not forget to save your changes.

Bitrix Integration

Step 1.

Note that the correct operation of the plug-in can only be guaranteed with absolute links.

Sign in with your username and password in the administrative part of 1C-Bitrix.

In the left side menu, select "Marketplace" and get the application on demand "CDNvideo".

Install the application.

Step 2.

Follow in the "Settings" menu and select the installed application "Accelerating site from CDNvideo".

Step 3.

Turn on the unit and select the tab “CDN for files". Saving the changes is not needed for this stage.

Step 4. Caching static small

1. Section "CDN for files" is intended to cache files which don’t exceed 1 MB.

Drupal Integration

Step 1.

Sign in Drupal administration panel

Step 2.

The administrative panel at the top of the page, select Modules.

Step 3.

Download the app to configure the CDN in .zip format via this link

Step 4.

After downloading the app, choose “Install new module”

Step 5.

Click Choose File and locate the downloaded on his computer module

Step 6.

After the CDN module has been successfully installed, return to the list of modules and scroll down to the CDN. Select “Enable” (Enable) and “Save Configuration” (Save the configuration).

Step 7.

Select “Configure” (Set)

Step 8.

Change the status of the CDN module to “Enabled” (enabled) and save the settings by clicking the “Save configuration”.

Step 9.

On the right side of the setup screen, select the “Details” tab (Details).

Step 10.

When setting mode, select “Origin Pull” and enter your domain to CDNvideo network (this record can be

found in the letter to the settings that you sent our staff)

Step 11.

Scroll down and turn on the “Far Future expiration”, then save the settings.

Step 12 (optional).

On the right side of the CDN module configuration screen, select the tab “Other” (Optional).

Step 13 (optional).

Enable HTTPS for SSL support (optional). But first you need to contact our technical support service to you, we have included this feature on their side.

Joomla Integration

Before proceeding to the implementation of these instructions, keep a backup copy of your website and database (as a precaution).

Step 1: Install the extension CDN for Joomla!

Download extension at this link (file does not need to decompress)

  • Log in to Joomla admin section.
  • Click on the tab «Extensions» (extension) in the top navigation bar and go to the «Extension Manager»
  • section. You should be automatically moved to the «Install section» settings section if it does not, click
  • on the link «Install» upstairs.
  • Find the section «Upload Package File», click the radio button «Choose File» File and locate the
  • extension CDN for Joomla !, which you’ve already downloaded.
  • Click on the button «Upload & Install» to download and install extensions on your web-site.

Step 2: Setting the CDN extension for Joomla!

Click on «Extensions» tab in the top navigation bar and then click «Plugin Manager»

Find CDN plugin for Joomla! – It will be displayed as «System -! CDN for Joomla», and click on it to edit the settings.

On the Settings page, in the section «Basic options» basic options enter your domain to CDNvideo network (this record can be found in the letter to the settings that you sent our staff). Click on the

button «Save», to save the settings.
